Chat room text menu

bold - selects 'bold' text
italic - selects 'italic' text
underline - selects 'underlined' text

font size
- small - selects small text size
- medium - selects medium text size
- large - selects large text size

font color
launches the color selector dialog box
select a color
press the 'ok' button on the color selector dialog window

show incoming text with formatting
when selected all incoming text will be in 'rich text' format
when deselected all incoming text will be in 'plain text' format

emote icons or 'smileys'
convert all emote icon text to pictures when selected
when deselected, 'smileys' show as plain text  ;o)
