Unblock a user

There are two ways to unblock a user once they have been blocked.

from a right click on the nickname in the 'pal list'
right click on a blocked nickname in the 'pal list window'

note: the blocked name appears in gray

select 'unblock pal' from the menu that appears

the unblocking dialog box appears


confirm unblocking by pressing the 'yes' button

cancel by pressing the 'no' button

from the 'privacy' section under preferences

select 'setup preferences' from the 'file' menu on the 'pal list window'

select the 'privacy' from the left hand pane on the setup preferences window

select a nickname from the 'block list'

press the 'remove' button
